1. Who we are

The floareavietii.md platform is operated by KAIROS NEXUS SRL, a company registered in the Republic of Moldova, with its registered seat at str. 27 August 8, Ialoveni, IDNO 1025600070685, VAT number 6702134, represented by Grigore Munteanu, Administrator ("we", "the Operator").

The documentary film Floarea Vieții is distributed online by the Operator under an exclusive licence granted by OWH STUDIO SRL (IDNO 1007600062989), the rights holder in the work.

2. What we sell

We sell temporary access to watch the film online, in the quality you choose at purchase. We do not sell a file, a physical copy, or a permanent right to watch.

Prices are shown on the home page in euro (EUR). Gumroad, which sells access on our behalf (see section 7), calculates any VAT or sales tax due in your country and shows the total before you pay. Gumroad may charge the amount in US dollars; your bank may then convert it and apply its own fees.

3. Access period

How long you can watch depends on the quality you buy:

The period is counted from the moment you first press play. You must start watching within 30 calendar days of purchase.

The applicable period is shown clearly before payment and repeated in your confirmation email.

4. How you get access

Once payment is confirmed, you receive two emails:

The access code, or the license key, lets you watch on another device — your television, for example — without using the link from the email: enter it on the watch page. Please do not share the link, the code or the key: access is personal.

If the emails do not arrive, check your spam folder and write to us at contact@floareavietii.md. We will get you access.

5. What you may and may not do

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to watch the film for private, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

All rights in the film belong to OWH STUDIO SRL. Your purchase transfers no intellectual property rights.

Public screenings — in a cinema, at a festival, in a school, at an event, or online in front of an audience — are possible only through us and only with our prior written agreement. Each request is considered individually. Write to us before the screening, at contact@floareavietii.md.

6. Technical requirements

Watching requires a stable internet connection and a modern browser. Playback quality adapts automatically to your connection speed. We do not guarantee operation on devices or browsers that are no longer supported.

7. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Gumroad, Inc. (United States). Gumroad is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it collects the payment, issues the receipt, and collects applicable taxes, including VAT. The payment page opens on gumroad.com, and the charge appears on your card statement under Gumroad's name.

Refunds granted under our Refund policy are also made through Gumroad. For questions about a payment or a receipt, write to us at contact@floareavietii.md.

We do not store and have no access to your card details.

Purchases made between 1 and 13 October 2026 were processed by Paddle.com, as Merchant of Record. For questions about one of those payments, write to us at contact@floareavietii.md.

8. Refunds

The refund policy forms an integral part of these terms and is available on the Refund policy page.

9. Availability

The film is available worldwide. We work to keep the platform available at all times, but interruptions may occur for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. If an interruption affects your access period, we extend it — see the refund policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one in force at the time of payment. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already made.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes will be settled amicably where possible and, failing that, by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you additionally benefit from the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
